【Job description】

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of Power BI dashboards and reports. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.

【Key responsibilities will be】

Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain Power BI solutions, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.

Dashboard Development: Create and design interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making processes.

Data Integration: Gather and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Report Building: Develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.

Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create detailed documentation to support the use and maintenance of Power BI solutions.

Collaborative Work: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable business intelligence solutions.

8〜10年のPower BIリードスキル・経験をもつ方の募集しています。Power BIダッシュボードとレポートの開発、保守、サポートを担当します。

役割としては、分析的思考、テクニカルスキル、およびクロスファンクショナルチームと協力して高品質のビジネスインテリジェンスソリューションを提供する能力が必要となります。

【主な責任】

・保守/サポート: Power BIソリューションの監視と保守を行い、その可用性、パフォーマンス、およびセキュリティを確保します。

・ダッシュボード開発: ビジネス意思決定プロセスをサポートするため、インタラクティブで視覚的に魅力的なPower BIダッシュボードを作成・設計します。

・データ統合: 各種ソースからデータを収集・統合し、データの正確性、一貫性、信頼性を確保します。

・レポート作成: ステークホルダーに対して実用的なデータを提供するための包括的なレポートとデータビジュアライゼーションを開発します。

・要件分析: ビジネスユーザーと密接に連携し、要件を理解し、Power BIソリューションの技術仕様に翻訳します。

・パフォーマンス最適化: Power BIダッシュボードとレポートのパフォーマンスの効率を向上させるための改善点を特定し、実装します。

・トレーニングとドキュメント作成: エンドユーザーに対するトレーニングを行い、Power BIソリューションの利用と保守を支援する詳細なドキュメントを作成します。

・協力作業: データエンジニア、アナリスト、その他のステークホルダーと協力し、統合されスケーラブルなビジネスインテリジェンスソリューションを提供します。

登録資格

【Must】

-4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report building.

-Experience of large Data and Analytics implementation or support projects.

-Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.

-Experience with SQL and relational databases.

-fluent level of Japanese skill

-Intermediate level of English skill

【必須条件】

・Power BI開発の実務経験が4〜8年（ダッシュボード設計、データモデリング、レポート作成を含む）

・大規模なデータとアナリティクスの導入またはサポートプロジェクトの経験

・データウェアハウジングの概念を深く理解し、ETLプロセスの経験があること

・SQLおよびリレーショナルデータベースの経験
