仕事内容

As PLM Solution Architects, we lead digital transformation projects specifically focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for engineering and manufacturing sectors. Our primary responsibility is to understand the client's business processes and design a robust PLM solution architecture that aligns with those processes. We must collaborate effectively with local and global teams to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, using our expertise in PLM tools like Teamcenter or 3DExperience. Our role involves documenting functional and technical requirements, working with customers to develop a high-level "To-Be" system view, and designing a digital transformation roadmap. We also provide technical solution recommendations and develop both high-level and low-level design documents, including proof of concepts.

Regular communication with the customer and our development teams is essential to support the implementation process. We are responsible for leading the customer's digital transformation journey, which involves end-to-end project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping. Our projects are high-profile, large-scale, and require a proven track record in successful delivery that involves both business and IT components.

We have the opportunity to advance from Solution Architect to Senior Solution Architect, and eventually to Enterprise Architect. It is crucial that we possess a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes to design effective PLM solutions and have experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects, including working in global environments. Our language proficiency in both Japanese and English supports effective communication in international settings. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and transparency through strategic PLM solutions.

- 裁量労働手当：60,000円〜80,000円
- 残業手当：通常通り（残業時間に応じて支給）

勤務時間1. 9:00 - 18:00（実働8時間 / フレックスタイム制 / コアタイム: 10:00 - 16:00）

1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
2. Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, with the ability to design PLM solutions.
3. Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business processes.
4. Experience with at least one global PLM tool, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience.
5. Experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects.
6. Extensive experience in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping.
7. Experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
8. Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks.
9. Expertise in applying structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end solutions using packaged software.
10. Proven track record of successful delivery in large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components.
Languages:
- Japanese: Fluent level
- English: Business level
