仕事内容
As PLM Project Managers, we play a pivotal role in spearheading digital transformation projects in engineering and manufacturing settings, focusing primarily on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Our responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of PLM system implementation projects. This involves managing diverse stakeholders and establishing clear communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project. We define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to track the progress of implementation and delivery, actively managing any risks, issues, and action items that arise.
Our role requires us to take ownership of project delivery and quality metrics, establishing and refining processes for quality management to ensure successful outcomes. We also provide weekly project status reports to both the customer and internal management, facilitating ongoing feedback and adjustments to project plans as needed. A fundamental aspect of our duties is managing project efforts and cost tracking, ensuring projects remain within budgetary constraints while meeting deliverables.
We continually demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends, which not only enhances our technical expertise but also positions us at the cutting edge of industry developments. By working closely with clients, we build enduring relationships, aiding them in shaping their future business strategies through expert guidance and insights.
