仕事内容
As the EUC Operations Service Delivery Manager, we are responsible for managing client relationships and leading the EUC support team across Japan and the APAC region. Our role involves acting as the primary liaison between Capgemini's Service Delivery Director and clients, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive support services. This includes addressing client end-user software and hardware break-fixes, preparing for device refreshes, new hire setups, and replacements, as well as overseeing staff availability for overtime and events. We are accountable for maintaining high service levels that align with contractual SLA and KPI requirements, and we provide detailed reporting for each region.
In this position, we manage the support delivery experience for Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring optimal system performance and operation. Monitoring system performance and creating continuity plans for service recovery during outages or disasters are also crucial tasks. Additionally, we lead and support a dedicated team attending to the technological needs of Disney Cast Members, a critical aspect of daily operations.
We must demonstrate effective time management, superior customer service skills, and staff management abilities. Furthermore, we need a proactive and positive attitude with resilient and flexible management styles. Maintaining a balanced approach to meet client needs while ensuring Capgemini's interests are upheld is essential. We should present insights and findings to Capgemini's Senior Service Delivery Director based on data analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
