仕事内容

In this role, we focus on the design, development, and validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Our responsibilities encompass creating specifications, assessing NCAP scenarios, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. We ensure ADAS functionality meets safety standards and technical requirements through communication and diagnostic testing. Managing project tasks and providing technical support is also integral, requiring skills in project management and analysis.

The ADAS Development Department specializes in multiple areas: specifying and validating ADAS functions, NCAP scenario assessment, functional safety evaluation, and developing autonomy levels such as L1, L2, and L3. We work closely with suppliers and different departments, managing programs and quality assessments to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Our project tasks include creating and testing MILS and HILS environments, defining ADAS interfaces, conducting market defect analyses, and tuning parameters. We also carry out model-based development, functional safety, and cybersecurity assessments. Additionally, we are responsible for researching market ADAS features and validating these on the HILS bench while analyzing test results from vehicles.

Key responsibilities involve creating ECU specifications, supporting development phases, interacting with customers, and resolving complex issues. We identify gaps, innovate, and generate business proposals while managing both offshore and onsite teams. This role offers exposure to ADAS design and development processes, market defect analysis, in-vehicle testing, and OEM maintenance, providing a comprehensive view of ADAS functionalities in a dynamic automotive environment.

■Minimum qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Experience in ADAS system and specification analysis, design, control design, and validation.

• Experience in ECU functional testing, validation, and verification for ADAS functionalities.

• Experience handling dSPACE Control Desk/dSPACE HILS, IPG Carmaker, and CANoe/CANalyzer.

• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and environment model development and usage. Knowledge of embedded C programming.

• Project management support for ADAS vehicle model development is preferred (including schedule/progress management, vehicle modification coordination, and interdepartmental coordination).
