仕事内容
We are seeking a Copado/Salesforce DevOps consultant to join our team, working with one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. The role involves engaging with client stakeholders to gather and understand their business goals, and translating these requirements into technical specifications. You will be responsible for defining business needs and processes at various operational levels. A key part of the role is to implement and maintain Copado-based continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes that enable efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments. You will troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments. Collaboration with Salesforce development teams is essential to enforce DevOps best practices and improve overall delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will continuously optimize DevOps processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead.
The position requires 6-10 years of experience, preferably in insurance projects, and experience in Salesforce configuration, including user, role, and profile setup, record sharing, workflows, and validation rules. You should be proficient in implementing and managing Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce and have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant. A strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve deployment issues, and experience working in an Agile environment are also necessary. The working style is hybrid, requiring office presence 2-3 times a week, based on project needs.
