仕事内容
We focus on developing and deploying AI and generative AI systems tailored to client needs. This involves designing, building, and launching AI applications by utilizing and fine-tuning open-source models. We actively engage with our AI Centers of Excellence across the APAC region and the open-source community to stay updated on recent advancements and incorporate them into our projects. Our role includes developing AI systems capable of handling multi-modal data and performing agentic tasks.
In client work, we collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized AI solutions. This includes collecting requirements from internal and external departments and providing analysis. We participate in high-level design, data collection, and data cleaning, handling both structured and unstructured data. Skills in NoSQL databases like MongoDB, data platforms like Databricks, and standard ETL techniques are highly advantageous.
We also manage data by collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to train and evaluate models. Performance optimization is crucial as we continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models. Additionally, we maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and project progress, preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.
Technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks is required, along with experience in leveraging and fine-tuning open-source models. Experience with multi-modal data handling and agentic AI development is also needed. Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a collaborative team environment are essential. A Master’s or PhD in relevant fields is preferred along with additional certifications in AI/ML.
