仕事内容
We are responsible for managing and optimizing the commercial relationship between Accenture and its clients, focusing on four key pillars: financial management, contract management, project/resource management, and commercial relationships. Our role involves functioning as the "COO" for the account, leading an integrated business operations team comprising financial management, contract and legal management, program management, commercial relationship management, and HR management. Our key responsibilities include overseeing financial and business operations to optimize profitability, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. We engage in client relationship management, work closely with account leadership on strategic planning, and participate in commercial negotiations to enhance Accenture's profitability and client satisfaction. Furthermore, we provide risk management strategies, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and contract management. We utilize Accenture's best practices and tools to improve operational performance and provide pipeline visibility. Additionally, we manage staffing, training, HR support, and facilities to align with strategic objectives. Our qualifications require a deep understanding of contract and financial management principles, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage complex work streams.
