仕事内容
We are seeking a consultant to manage a project for a major manufacturing client involving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), a critical solution supporting the manufacturing industry's core processes. The role includes a wide range of engineering tasks such as system design, implementation, integration, and verification, as well as troubleshooting and responding to system issues. Additionally, you will be involved in developing add-on functions for the PLM system and overseeing version upgrades and modifications to existing functionalities.
The position involves PLM configuration, integration with existing IT environments like ERP, CAD, and CAE, as well as data migration. You will provide technical consulting services to address technical queries related to PLM solutions. Responsibilities also include system expansion consultation, maintenance design, operational oversight, and potentially acting as a technical training instructor. Depending on your skills and experience, there might be opportunities to expand the scope of your duties.
The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in PLM systems, understanding of manufacturing operations, and proficiency in Japanese. A conversational level of English is required to interact with overseas colleagues. Preferred qualifications include experience in design, development, or consulting, as well as project management experience involving medium to large teams. PMP certification and advanced English skills are advantageous.
