仕事内容
As Senior Technical Consultants for Customer Outcomes, we focus on configuring the ServiceNow Platform, specifically the Employee Workflow, to align with leading practices and achieve desired customer outcomes. Our role involves participating in workshops to evaluate existing processes and define future-state processes. We design and implement ServiceNow Employee Workflow solutions with a technical architecture poised for long-term success, adhering to ServiceNow technical standards and best practices.
We are the functional and technical experts in customer engagements, providing oversight and performing unit tests on code developed by partners or customer employees. Additionally, we counsel customers on leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform to enhance their business processes and guide them in completing necessary documentation like business requirement workbooks for technical aspects. We also gather feedback based on customer experience to inform product development for future enhancements.
Staying current with certifications in Employee Workflow and maintaining advanced technical skills is crucial for success in this role. The position requires proficiency in Japanese and the authorization to work in Japan, as well as the ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
