仕事内容

In our role, we are responsible for developing and managing comprehensive test plans, including risk management and reporting, for multiple applications such as web, backend, Salesforce, and COTS. We lead a team of both manual and automation testers and coordinate distributed teams across Tokyo and India. Our tasks include overseeing test automation and ensuring the integration of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Perfecto, GenRocket, SoapUI, and Postman.

We manage performance testing through JMeter and Load Runner, while ensuring thorough security testing with CheckMarx and Vex Tool. Close collaboration with business analysts, developers, DevOps, and stakeholders in both Japanese and English is essential. Monitoring and controlling testing budgets, resources, timelines, and quality metrics are part of our responsibilities.

We conduct defect triage sessions to maintain traceability of requirements and defects, and we ensure regulatory and compliance testing with an emphasis on insurance-specific requirements for Life and P&C sectors. Facilitating test environment setup and preparing/masking data with Databricks, Zato, and Power BI are crucial tasks. We maintain test documentation in Confluence and track/report with GitHub and Jenkins.

Our team excels in managing a multicultural, distributed team environment in Agile/DevOps settings, emphasizing strong stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills for seamless operations in Japanese and English.

- 裁量労働手当：60,000-80,000円/月支給（管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合なし）

勤務時間1. 9:00〜18:00（実働8時間）

その他- **応募要件**:
8+ years’ experience in QA/Test Management in large, complex, multi-application environments (insurance industry preferred).
Strong hands-on expertise with automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Perfecto, GenRocket, SoapUI, and Postman.
Experience managing performance and security testing (JMeter, Load Runner, CheckMarx, Vex Tool).
Proven track record leading multicultural, distributed teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Working knowledge of insurance business domains (Life and P&C), and core systems (policy admin, claims, billing).
Experience with web and backend testing.
Familiarity with database/query testing (MySQL, Postgres).
Proficiency with test management and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Confluence).
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (business level in both languages required).
Strong stakeholder management and reporting abilities.

- **望ましい経験**:
Prior hands-on testing experience in Japanese insurance industry.
Certification in ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, or similar.
Experience coordinating teams across Japan and India.
Knowledge of OpenShift, Control-M, JP1, MuleSoft integration testing.
Working knowledge of test data management solutions (e.g., GenRocket, Databricks).
Exposure to test efforts for regulatory (FSA Japan) compliance.
Insurance domain knowledge is added advantage
