仕事内容
We are looking for a skilled PLM Solution Architect to assist in the digital transformation of our customer's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The role involves understanding and documenting customer requirements and providing technical solutions while collaborating with local and global teams. The position is client-facing and essential for modernizing systems and processes with minimal customization for a seamless implementation of next-generation PLM solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with the customer to develop a high-level system view and roadmap for digital transformation, and meet business requirements with innovative technical solutions. You are expected to create both high-level and low-level designs and proofs of concept, and support the development team during implementation. This role offers the chance to gain exposure to the semiconductor industry, enhancing your understanding of its business processes and existing systems, and aligning them with a global PLM solution.
Key responsibilities also include ensuring smooth communication between the customer and both local and global teams, and acting as a local representative to fortify client trust and comfort. Learning opportunities in Teamcenter PLM and involvement in high-visibility projects that adhere to government regulations are notable advantages. The career path offers progression from Solution Architect to Senior Solution Architect and finally to Enterprise Architect, with learning opportunities from both local and global teams, allowing for growth in understanding various technologies and engineering processes.
The basic qualifications for the role include a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes, global PLM tools, and consulting projects. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English are required, with additional skills in digital engineering consulting and PLM customization being advantageous.
