仕事内容
Our role as a PLM Functional Consultant involves managing comprehensive Teamcenter implementation projects for semiconductor manufacturing clients. We are responsible for organizing and leading workshops to develop solutions and build consensus among stakeholders, ensuring the project aligns with business objectives and is delivered timely and successfully. Our tasks include performing solution analysis, crafting customer-facing proposals, and contributing to deal closures, as well as leading or taking part in proof of concept engagements at key prospects. We also provide guidance on methodologies and tools to the implementation team, coach and mentor team members, and manage technical teams both onsite and offshore.
As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the engagement, we represent TCS to the customer, requiring professional interactions with both clients and internal teams. We design and develop complex digital transformation projects for new and existing customers in Japan, supporting the sales process by specifying software and services requirements for project delivery, and aiding deal closures. Additionally, we conduct customer demonstrations, articulate functional requirements, and ensure timely customer sign-offs.
Our role demands experience as a Business Process Consultant in New Product Development with a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including a minimum of one complete implementation or transformation experience in this domain for a manufacturing or high-tech/electronics customer in Japan. We must possess a deep understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies, adaptability to Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Building strong relationships with internal and external partners and effective communication in challenging customer scenarios are crucial to our success. Furthermore, fluency in Japanese and a business-level understanding of English is essential.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: ■Minimum qualifications: • Experience as a Business Process Consultant in New Product Development, with knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). • At least one end-to-end implementation or transformation experience in a PLM product for a manufacturing or high-tech/electronics customer in Japan. • Experience running customer workshops. • Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Ability to write clear, understandable Requirements, Specification documents, and Use Cases. • Knowledge of BPML. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external customers. Must be an effective communicator in challenging customer situations. Languages: - Japanese: Fluent level - English: Business level - **望ましい経験**: ■ Nice to have skills: • Proven track record in leading large enterprise PLM software deployments as an architect or domain expert. • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systems 3DExperience, or PTC Windchill. • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery/Heavy Engineering, High-Tech, and Electronics. • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. |
