仕事内容
We are looking for a Business Process Consultant dedicated to acquiring new customers who are beginning their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) journey. In this role, you will facilitate workshops and develop solutions that align technology with business value. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure projects are timely and successfully executed. Part of your responsibilities include performing solution analyses, developing customer-facing proposals, and contributing to deal wins. You will also lead or participate in Proof of Concept engagements with key prospects, providing valuable input to implementation teams regarding methodologies and tools.
Additionally, your role involves coaching and mentoring team members and managing technical teams positioned onsite or offshore. Professional interaction and communication with customers and internal team members are critical, as you will be tasked with designing and developing complex digital transformation projects for both new and existing clients of TCS Japan. Supporting the sales process is crucial, as you help define the software and service requirements for project delivery and closing deals.
This position requires a Business Process Consultant experienced in New Product Development with PLM knowledge. You should have completed at least one end-to-end implementation or transformation experience with any PLM product for manufacturing or high-tech/electronics customers in Japan. Experience in conducting customer workshops, agile/scrum project methodologies, and the ability to write clear requirements and specification documents are essential. Flexibility in travel and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are also required skills. Additional preferred skills include expertise in leading large enterprise PLM software deployments, knowledge of products like Siemens Teamcenter PLM or PTC Windchill, and experience in sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Machinery.
