仕事内容
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to join one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. Our role involves a proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including expertise with the Salesforce Lightning Framework, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The work requires a strong command of Salesforce development technologies like Apex and Visualforce. A thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, which includes both standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields, is essential. Our responsibilities include developing and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies that enhance client functionality. We are expected to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications efficiently. Furthermore, participating in code reviews is crucial to ensure that best practices are implemented for both existing and new Salesforce solutions. Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities allows us to recommend and apply best practices to improve current implementations. Necessary qualifications include three to five years of experience in Salesforce product development and at least three years of project management experience, encompassing a minimum of five projects. Fluency in Japanese is required for effective interaction with Japanese clients. Our work involves a hybrid model, with a requirement to work in the office two to three times a week, depending on the project demands.
