仕事内容
We are looking for a techno-functional analyst to join us in a managerial role for one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. The primary responsibility of this role involves engaging with clients to gather business goals and requirements. This will be achieved through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops. You will be responsible for defining business needs across different levels and writing specifications that are techno-functional in nature. A significant part of your role involves collaboration with customer stakeholders to clearly understand and communicate the requirements.
You will work closely with project teams and customer stakeholders, coordinating project activities, and ensuring comprehensive documentation and communication of requirements. The role demands analyzing and designing content management systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), according to project needs and guiding teams in design and execution. You are expected to have 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within insurance projects, and a solid background in project management.
You will need to communicate effectively in both Japan and with offshore teams, necessitating a minimum of JLPT N2 level certification and strong business English skills. Additional proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools is essential. Your role also involves ensuring that all systems documentations and procedures are up to date. This position supports a hybrid work style, requiring office presence 2-3 times a week based on project needs.
