仕事内容
We are seeking a techno-functional analyst to join our team and work with one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business goals by engaging directly with clients and eliciting their requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis. You will work across different organizational levels to define business needs and write technical-functional specifications.
Collaboration with customer stakeholders is crucial to understanding their requirements, and you will be required to work closely with project teams and customer representatives to coordinate project activities. Ensuring that the requirements are thoroughly documented and communicated is essential. You should possess 6-10 years of experience, preferably in insurance projects, and have experience in web application development with a strong knowledge of Java technologies, Microservices, DB2, and cloud environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence and strong communication skills are also required. The skill set for this position includes Java, DB2, Microservices, Cloud, JIRA, Confluence, Sql Server, and AKS. The work style is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office 2-3 times a week, depending on the project.
