仕事内容
We are looking for Excel VB developers to join our team, focusing on one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. The roles available range from Consultant to Senior Manager, each requiring expertise in VBA to execute tasks effectively. As part of the job, you'll need advanced programming skills in VBA for sophisticated script development, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word, leveraging built-in functions for optimal productivity. You should also have SQL skills to efficiently manage database operations, allowing for the seamless import and export of data to and from Excel.
A strong emphasis is placed on data analysis capabilities; you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive statistical analyses using VBA. For managerial positions, you'll need over three years of experience in project management, with duties including the preparation of reports and documentation for client management and both business and IT departments. These tasks will cover areas such as project planning, monitoring quality, and assessing progress.
Candidates should demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in VB Scripts development. Strong customer service abilities are crucial, including effective communication skills for clarifying specifications and requirements with stakeholders. Proficiency in Japanese at the N2 level, along with bilingual skills in English, is required to facilitate smooth interactions in a multicultural environment.
The role features a hybrid work style, necessitating office attendance 2-3 times a week based on project requirements, allowing for flexibility while maintaining essential in-person collaboration.
