仕事内容
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join one of our life insurance customers at Capgemini. In this role, you will utilize your strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful Webservices, and PL/SQL to drive and lead project activities, ensuring successful delivery of project work. You will be responsible for design and code reviews, as well as providing multiple solution approaches and technical solutions to our customers. Your experience with Websphere Application, Cloud, and DevOps CI/CD will be crucial in this position.
Additionally, you will be expected to effectively communicate and clarify specification requirements and project development issues with business stakeholders, while also coordinating between offshore and onsite project team members to ensure seamless project execution. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing IT products and services, particularly using Spring Boot microservices, and familiarity with back-end engineering for web applications. Excellent customer handling skills are essential.
Technical proficiency in Java v8, IBM DB 11, PLSQL, and IBM WebSphere is essential for this position. Our work style is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office 2-3 times a week, subject to project needs. Your ability to lead a team and manage complex projects efficiently will contribute to the ongoing success of our initiatives.
