仕事内容
We are seeking a QA analyst to join one of Capgemini's life insurance clients. In this role, you will engage with project teams and customer stakeholders to understand business goals and system requirements, working effectively at various levels to define the necessary business needs. You will be tasked with developing detailed designs and implementing and testing complex solutions using both custom-developed software applications and configured products to meet client requirements. Collaboration with project teams and customer stakeholders is crucial during the IT, FT, SIT, and UAT phases to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Your responsibilities include coordinating project testing activities, conducting regression testing to ensure system quality, and providing documentation and test results to project teams and stakeholders. You will also work closely with customers to troubleshoot system issues, adapt solutions to meet customer requirements, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of testing experience, preferably in the insurance sector. Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2/N3) and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and engineers. You should have strong skills in testing automation tools like Selenium and Jira X-Ray, as well as a good understanding of SQL and experience in writing procedures. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools is also required. The work style is hybrid, with office attendance 2-3 times a week based on project needs.
