仕事内容
Our role focuses on planning and leading the deployment of applications with an emphasis on Containers and Bamboo, providing technical leadership, design, development, and implementation services within the organization. We collaborate with related technical groups to plan, lead, document, and integrate complex tool software and feature strategies and solutions. In addition, we resolve and prevent complex problems, engage in integration planning, design solutions to straightforward issues ensuring security, availability, and performance, and plan broad resolutions for recurring problems and regulatory changes.
We will conduct functional tests on new solutions, as well as tool releases and fixes, including compatibility testing and documentation. Our responsibilities also include performing advanced testing, documenting best practices, upgrading and path deployments, and partnering with application development, operations, and customers to identify needs and solutions. We serve as a point of contact for global teams to ensure alignment of local and global best practices, establishing and updating standards within our technical area.
Moreover, our role involves training, mentoring, and providing guidance on J2EE and CICD topics to less experienced associates. The role requires hands-on experience with Docker SWARM technologies, version control software, binary repositories, CICD tools, testing frameworks, and scripting languages. Experience with J2EE-based enterprise applications, open-source middleware such as Apache, and certifications in operating systems are also preferred. We prioritize effective communication within our team and with other technical and business partners, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, readiness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work independently on expansive projects.
