仕事内容
We are seeking a PMO to manage a medical device project for an innovative technology firm committed to improving patient quality of life through advanced medical products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from a PMO perspective, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the client's project team and product owner. Key responsibilities include regularly reporting project status and risks, and mitigating these by maintaining close communication with stakeholders. You will arrange and lead regular meetings to facilitate information sharing and follow up on action items arising from these discussions.
Required skills and experience include a strong background in managing product development projects and an understanding of the system-level aspects involved in product development, including software, hardware, and mechanical components. Additionally, the ability to write requirement specifications is highly desirable. While not mandatory, experience in medical device development and native-level Japanese and English language skills are preferred attributes for candidates.
