仕事内容

We are seeking a MES Automation Consultant who will work closely with clients to identify and define their business needs and requirements. The role involves developing detailed designs, implementing, and testing complex solutions through both custom-developed software applications and configured products that meet the client's specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation as part of the solution deployment process.

Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with customers to troubleshoot systems, correct errors, adapt to customer-specific needs, and improve performance or upgrade interfaces. A significant part of the role is to be involved in the coordination of project activities with the project team and clients, ensuring smooth implementation and operation.

The required skills for the role include about five years of experience with PLC/SCADA systems and projects involving OPC and MES implementation. You need to be experienced in requirement gathering, system architecture design for PLC & SCADA, and integration of shop floor devices with MES/SCADA using OPC. Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write procedures is also necessary, along with business-level English and conversational Japanese skills.

Preferred candidates will have functional knowledge of MES and experience with end-to-end MES implementation projects. Traveling to client sites will be required as part of the role to ensure direct engagement and hands-on support where necessary.

その他- **応募要件**: Experience in PLC/SCADA, projects Implementation with OPC and MES around 5 years
Experience in requirement gathering, designing the system architecture for the PLC & SCADA, Replay PLC, historian etc
Strong knowledge on shopfloor device integration with MES/SCADA using OPC
Good understanding of SQL and experience in writing procedures
Experience in coordinating project activities with project team and customer.
Business level English and intermediate/ Conversational Japanese skills

- **望ましい経験**: Good to have functional knowledge of MES
End to end MES implementation project experience is preferred
