仕事内容

As MES Project Managers, we are responsible for leading the implementation lifecycle of MES projects, ensuring seamless execution and meeting all standards of quality, volume, and timeliness. Our primary duties include project planning, execution, and management specifically for MES implementation, where we define comprehensive project plans, decompose activities, execute these plans, and maintain oversight of project progress. Collaboration with workstreams and project members is crucial to deploying solutions efficiently and punctually, necessitating the identification of project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

We require substantial experience in engineering IT implementations (4-5 years), combined with strong project management skills — preferably with PMP certification. Proficiency in both Japanese and English, coupled with a credible presence in customer interactions, is essential. Our role demands a minimum of 5 years experience in relevant fields and involves managing project activities, planning, and conducting data and functional analyses.

We must exhibit agility, teamwork, and collaboration, effectively facilitating meetings and ensuring follow-up on all action items. Preferred qualifications include experience with software development processes and agile project management. Through these responsibilities, we contribute to innovative technological solutions, aiding in creating a safer, sustainable world.
