仕事内容

We are seeking a Security Market Development Director who plays a crucial role in driving business growth within Accenture's Security services, with a focus on Identity Access Management. You will utilize your deep sales process and technical expertise to identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities by establishing primary relationships with key Accenture account personnel and client account leads (CALs). Your role involves identifying complex technology business problems and opportunities, creating differentiated opportunities leveraging Accenture's Security offerings, and developing go-to-market plays.

You will interact with senior management levels at both clients and within Accenture to devise pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans, and apply industry-leading Security transformation and operation strategies. You are expected to prospect new opportunities proactively through direct client contact and focus on rapidly progressing new opportunities to the qualification and proposal stages. This position requires a high level of travel, typically from Monday to Thursday.

To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of business development experience specifically in Security Services, including Identity Access Management. You should also have 5 years of experience in sales pursuit management and direct sales with a significant quota. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Additional skills favored include experience with C-Level client relationship management, network modernization and operations discussions, working with ecosystem partners, and high-level communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

その他- **応募要件**: Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space – specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security Related Services. Minimum of 5 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $8M+   Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. - **望ましい経験**: Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security. Experience working within Security customers. Selling the latest in Identity Access Management – Ping – Sailpoint - Cyberark Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management. Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian. Ability to discuss network modernization and operations “on the fly” with VP+ clients and working level technical resources Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
